In partnership with SRG's in-house creative team, we crafted a vibrant and contemporary avocado-centered culinary experience for Avocados From Mexico. The result was a culturally sensitive and progressive space that celebrates everything avocado while also offering guests the warmth and hospitality that is Mexico. Avo Eatery has emerged as the latest addition to the Trinity Groves restaurant concept incubator program in Dallas, TX.

ROUT TO SUPER BOWL 57

Experiential Design

Under the expert direction of Alina Rodal, and support of the amazing internal team at PepsiCo, we teamed up to tackle this 5000 sqft NFL Experience. Our goal was to seamlessly integrate seven unique PepsiCo brand experiences into a Route 66-themed road trip for Super Bowl LVII in Arizona. The roadside attractions drove the theme with a retro Doritos Arcade, charming Frito-Lay General Store, Tostitos Airstream Diner, classic Lay’s Ice Cream Truck, fiery Flamin’ Hot Gas Station, 60s era Cheetos Motel complete with a dive pool, a lively main stage for showcasing talent, and of course, the world’s largest Pop Corner! Each activation invited guests into a playful PepsiCo universe, blending the thrill of football with a touch of nostalgic Americana.

LENNAR /
BEAU COAST SALES CENTER

Environmental Design

In collaboration with the talented team at Bright+Co, we designed an inviting and immersive sales center experience for Lennar's latest residential community, Beau Coast. Located in the oceanside town of Beaufort, North Carolina, Lennar chose to repurpose the charming 2,500 sqft Taylor's Creek Grocery, a cherished fixture in Beaufort's historic district. Our challenge was to design a sales environment that resonated with the community's laid-back ambiance, allowing potential buyers to explore at their leisure without pressure. To achieve this, we blended the hues and materials of a coastal palette with the simple lines and textures of an industrial aesthetic, culminating in a space that's both welcoming and optimally designed for sales.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL ACTIVATION

Experiential Marketing

This winning RFP envisioned how a Chick-fil-A store might come to life as a college football stadium. Activated at two semi-final games and one championship final, the experience offered a variety of engaging features, including six digital sign-up stations, two immersive sound experience spirit tunnels, two head-to-head trivia displays, live game screens, a hall of fame memorabilia showcase, a merch statin, a high-energy cheer booth, and, of course, a delectable Chick-fil-A sampling area.

UNDER ARMOUR /
NFL EXPERIENCE

Experiential + Exhibit Design

Each year, the NFL hosts an exclusive gathering of its leading sponsors known as NFLX. In collaboration with Ignition and Under Armour, we conceived a uniquely UA experience by exploring the remarkable technology that goes into creating their high-performance products. Exhibits included live NFL talent enduring extreme temperatures to showcase the exceptional performance of UA’s Heat/ColdGear, as well as an interactive 360-degree view of an exploded UA cleat, allowing guests to explore the technology behind its gear. Not only were guests invited to test Under Armour products, but they also had the opportunity to test themselves in a UA-branded combine experience that closely rivaled the NFL combine.

In this quick concept study for Leggs, we explored a series of provocative pop-up experiences designed to infuse vibrancy into the brand on the bustling streets of New York City. These limited-release events aimed to draw attention not only to the brand but also to the legs that wore them, creating a highly talkable moment within a very walkable city.

Pavilion Design

In close partnership with Ignition and the internal team at Coca-Cola, we explored countless concepts for Coca-Cola's US pavilion entry at Expo Milano's 2015 World's Fair. Through hand sketching and quick 3D iterations, we finally arrived at the distinctive form factor you see below—celebrating the iconic bottle's negative space, which radiates outward to create a dramatic silhouette against the Milano skyline.

Retail Branding + Design

When the Greenville Humane Society needed a new home, they asked EP+Co to direct the brand integration so it would carry through into the architecture. Although GHS has been a pro bono client for years, this is the first time our Experiential Branding team had the opportunity to work with them, and we had a blast! On behalf of GHS, we worked closely with MPS Architects to design and develop the reception areas, retail wall, fixtures, wayfinding, and super-graphics for all the interior/exterior public spaces. This project will always hold a special place in my heart as I adopted my girl Sadie from a neighboring humane society.

PENGUINS STUDIO

Experiential Design

This was our third year updating the Penguins Studio at the Consol Energy Center, so we truly wanted to showcase the dynamic relationship between Verizon and the NHL. We conceived the idea of a dynamic banner that shot out of #18, James Neal's hockey stick to visualize the immense energy and incredible speed of hockey, reflecting Verizon's network speeds. Guests were enticed to explore a series of interactive stations where they could immerse themselves in all things Penguins and register for a chance to win a meet-and-greet with a Penguins player, creating the ultimate fan experience.

Saint Andrew's at Historic Hyde Park was a concept for a 340-acre mixed-use development proposed for Upstate New York in the heart of wine country. Located directly across from the Culinary Institute of America, the world’s premier culinary college, we were tasked with the challenge of creating a world-class hotel, destination retail, and an unparalleled dining experience for the Market Square. With ongoing seasonal events and entertainment, Thursday night tastings, cooking demonstrations, and live music, Saint Andrew’s promised to be a signature destination.

Real Estate Development + Design

Nestled in the rolling hills of the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains, Sheridan Ridge is a luxurious 1,400-acre second-home community for the NASCAR elite and enthusiasts. This private reserve in Southwest Virginia features five architecturally distinct neighborhoods, each harmoniously blending with the surrounding landscape. At the heart of Sheridan Ridge is a vibrant central village, complete with fine dining, upscale shopping, an amphitheater, and a boutique whisky distillery, complete with an oval track. Central to the community's spirit is the interactive NASCAR museum, offering residents an immersive drive through the sport's rich history and a peek into its future.
